4.2 Biweekly & Quarterly
Every employee in the team has a manager. With this manager, you’ll have several one to one meetings. A biweekly to ‘check-in’ with each other, keep each other up to date on what’s going on and give each other feedback (it’s a two-way communication). You’ll discuss the day-to-day business.
Once every 3 months, you’ll have a quarterly meeting with your manager. This meeting is meant to talk about you as an employee, more high over. What do you like to do, what is a direction you would want to further develop in, is there a course or training you really want to take, do you think you should get a raise? You’ll get constructive feedback, and together with your manager, you’ll set some goals for the coming three months.
