When you need support while building your template you can click on the Support-link in the top right corner of the Canvas. Upon clicking this will open a form to submit a support ticket. Here you can:
- Choose a type of ticket. (1) A support question / (2) Report an issue / (3) Request a feature
- Fill in a subject. This is the name of your ticket.
- Write a description. Please include as much information or reference you have on the subject.
You can submit your ticket by clicking the blue button. This will also directly refresh the Template Builder-page as this might resolve the issue you have. By doing so you will not lose any progress.
